Program and Role Details

The Manager in Training program is designed to provide comprehensive experience in sales, operations, customer service, financial management, fleet oversight, and personnel leadership. Participants can expect to progress to a Branch Manager position within 12 to 18 months. The role also actively contributes to meeting branch sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Applicants must be aged 20 years or older
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
