  • Convey customer, application, and market insights into specific product requirements, value propositions, and business justification.
  • Act as the primary business and customer advocate during product development phases, collaborating with engineering, project management, operations, and marketing teams from ideation to launch.
  • Expand the holemaking product roadmap by reassessing priorities, identifying unmet market opportunities, and directing future investments.
  • Support brand growth aiming to expand the category into European markets.
  • Manage product lifecycle including updates, rationalizations, and deciding end-of-life strategies.
  • Monitor SKU, category, and broader market performance to update product strategies and incorporate learnings from launched products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in product management, product strategy, or related commercial/technical roles.

  • Strong analytical thinking, commercial insight, financial literacy, and the ability to synthesize diverse inputs into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with sales, customers, and marketing to convert insights into documented plans.
  • Familiarity with mechanical or industrial products, enabling credible interactions with technical teams and account executives.

Preferred Attributes

  • Advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • Experience facilitating product growth into international markets, notably Europe.
  • Knowledge of aerospace, medical device manufacturing, or tool and die industries.
