Established on August 16, 2016, Tata Steel Foundation (TSF) is a Section 8 company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited, entrusted with implementing CSR initiatives for Tata Steel. TSF is rapidly expanding across multiple states including Odisha, Jharkhand, Bengal, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh, with a workforce exceeding 1600 personnel and presence in over 16 units. Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and seasoned Civil Engineer to fill the role of Manager – Infrastructure at our Ludhiana location. This position involves leading the planning, designing, and executing a variety of infrastructure projects under the organization’s infrastructure division.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure projects independently from start to finish while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality parameters are met.
• Develop plans, cost estimates, drawings, and designs to effectively implement civil engineering projects aligned with organizational strategies.
• Engage with internal teams, external contractors, government bodies, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and obtain the necessary clearances.
• Allocate resources such as workforce, materials, and equipment efficiently to maximize utilization and maintain cost efficiency.
• Produce detailed technical and progress reports, manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost savings without compromising safety or quality.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices focusing on sustainability.
• Build strong connections with community members, understand their infrastructure needs, and co-create practical, innovative solutions leveraging technology.

Experience & Qualifications

• Between 3 to 8 years of relevant experience managing infrastructure projects, preferably within the development or CSR sectors.
• A full-time Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a reputable institution.

Technical Competencies

• Solid grounding in civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management processes.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, MS Office suite, MS Project, and SAP.
• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders and managing complex infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
