Manager - Facility Management

About the Role

NADEC Foods is seeking a seasoned Manager to oversee Facility Management operations across its Distribution Centers and business sites in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will spearhead planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of facility services to ensure operational excellence, asset dependability, budget adherence, effective contractor engagement, and delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable facility solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct all facility management functions including maintenance tasks and outsourced vendor services.
• Develop and oversee annual operating and capital budgets encompassing OPEX and CAPEX.
• Implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schemes to enhance asset reliability.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead projects involving facility renovations, expansions, and upgrades of infrastructural components.
• Evaluate technical specifications, facility blueprints, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and project prerequisites.
• Champion cost reduction, boost operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvements.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate the facility management and maintenance teams.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, corporate policies, and statutory regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Between five to seven years of progressive experience in leading maintenance and facility management operations.
• Proficiency in budget oversight, OPEX and CAPEX planning, and contractor management.
• Practical experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with project management, technical drawings, BOQs, BOMs, and facility infrastructure elements.
• Strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking.
