This position is responsible for steering the strategy, creation, and delivery of event content that supports the organization’s communication priorities and brand direction. Key accountabilities

Event content strategy and delivery

  • Shape and execute content approaches for events so they support brand positioning and communication priorities.
  • Create and organize content for corporate events while keeping messaging aligned with audience expectations and business goals.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to collect input, context, and requirements for content planning and production.
  • Direct the production and release of event materials such as presentations, video assets, and other multimedia content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all event-related outputs.
  • Assess how well event content performs and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and vendors contributing to content development and event execution.

  • Contribute to KPI development and ensure performance objectives are properly cascaded to direct reports.
  • Support delivery of approved performance objectives for the function or division within the company performance framework.
  • Help develop employee knowledge, capability, innovation, succession planning, and talent pipelines, with focus on UAE Nationals to support Emiratization goals.
  • Review and advise on division structure to optimize the use of human capital and incorporate sustainability into ongoing work practices.
  • Promote business ethics and the company code of conduct, and ensure adherence to corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Recommend tools, techniques, and process improvements that raise quality, efficiency, and alignment with best practice.
  • Identify and suggest ways to improve internal processes and define smarter solutions for divisional challenges.
  • Follow relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, legislation, and sustainability requirements in line with international standards and the ADNOC Code of Practices.
  • Provide input for section MIS and progress reports for management.

Working relationships

Internal

  • Partner with the Group Communications leadership team to align event content direction with broader communication objectives.
  • Coordinate with other directorates and functions to gather requirements and ensure content alignment.
  • Work with any other directorate or function as needed.

External

  • Manage working relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors involved in content creation and event production.
  • Represent the organization in outside forums and events to support brand visibility and messaging.
  • Engage with ADNOC Group companies as required.

Qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is required.
