Program Overview
The Management Trainee Program is an intensive one-year opportunity designed to develop Saudi engineering talent into future operational leaders. This program combines broad hands-on exposure with targeted specialization to build deep functional expertise.
- Initial Nine Months: Trainees experience rotational assignments across key departments such as Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance, Production Operations, and Maintenance to gain comprehensive operational insights.
- Final Three Months: Trainees focus on a dedicated operational area supported by project management responsibilities.
- Progression: Upon successful completion and positive performance review at year-end, trainees may receive contract renewal or a permanent management position offer within ORG UAC.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must be Saudi national, aged between 24 and 30 years.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three years relevant work experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential with ambition towards team and operational management.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Possesses analytical and critical thinking capabilities suited for a dynamic manufacturing setting.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across diverse teams and environments.
