Join LSH Auto as a Maintenance Technician at our flagship dealership in Stockport, where you will play a critical role in upholding the superior quality and performance of luxury vehicles.

Compensation and Schedule

This position offers a salary beginning at 31,500 with on-target earnings potentially reaching 46,000, working 40 hours weekly. A welcome bonus of 2,000 is also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles strictly following manufacturer standards
• Diagnose vehicle issues precisely and apply effective repair solutions
• Manage replacement of parts, oils, and fluids, maintaining detailed documentation
• Ensure the workshop is maintained as a clean and safe environment
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's service and repair requirements

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent qualification recognized in the industry
• Minimum two years of practical experience in automotive maintenance or repair
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
• Possession of a valid UK driving licence is mandatory
• Enthusiastic about continuous professional development, especially relating to electric vehicle technologies
