Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves actively engaging in a planned maintenance cleaning program aimed at maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for both shoppers and staff while managing costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with team members to follow a detailed cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety regulations and cold chain management procedures.
• Perform prompt cleaning duties across all Fresh Departments, including cold storage units such as coolers and freezers, as well as display cases.
• Assist with inspecting maintenance and cleaning tools to verify proper function and confirm stock levels of cleaning supplies.
• Support a safe workplace by completing necessary in-store certification trainings and following all company policies and procedures diligently.
• When required, clean floors utilizing methods such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet upkeep, covering all areas outside of sales floors.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.05.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
