Role overview
Gabriella & Co is hiring two Maintenance Millwrights for permanent, full-time work at two automotive stamping production sites in Windsor, Ontario, both located on the Windsor/LaSalle border. These are on-site positions supporting high-volume manufacturing in modern facilities that use advanced production technology.

Key responsibilities
- Keep production equipment and plant systems operating safely and efficiently by providing maintenance support across the facility.
- Investigate, isolate, and fix both routine and unexpected equipment issues to reduce downtime.
- Use blueprints and schematic drawings to plan and carry out maintenance work.
- Repair machinery and support systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping machinery, feed-line systems, and related production assets.
- Work alongside electricians, automation specialists, and other maintenance staff to resolve issues and maintain output.
- Follow company rules and standards related to health and safety, the environment, quality, and human resources.
Candidate profile
The employer is looking for a certified Industrial Mechanic/Millwright (433A) whenever possible, though third- or fourth-year apprentices may also be considered. Experience in a manufacturing setting with industrial machinery is important, and hands-on exposure to stamping equipment or feed-line systems is a strong advantage.
Applicants should be comfortable diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems, and must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. A rotating schedule covering days, afternoons, and midnights is required. The ideal person is self-driven, safety-conscious, and able to perform well in a fast-paced production environment.
Working arrangement
This is a full-time, permanent onsite role in Windsor, Ontario. The position follows a rotating shift pattern consisting of days, afternoons, and midnights.
