The Lot Associate plays a key role in assisting customers as they load their vehicles and by overseeing the store entrance area. This position requires ensuring that shopping carts are adequately supplied near the store entrance and maintaining the overall condition of the lot area. Since Lot Associates often serve as the first and last point of contact for customers entering and leaving the store, delivering excellent customer service is essential.
