Job Overview
This position involves managing one or more warehouses, maintaining stock levels, assisting staff with loan documentation, and handling the receipt and distribution of various materials. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory transactions, preparing special documentation for damaged or lost equipment, supporting technicians and warehouse staff, and conducting general logistical support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage automated warehouse systems for stock control.
- Order supplies to replenish inventory.
- Track incoming and outgoing stock movements.
- Prepare loan documentation for personnel.
- Create specific reports when equipment is lost or damaged.
- Record all transactions in the internal software program (ILIAS).
- Support technicians and warehouse workers in their tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment used in the warehouse.
- Perform general logistics activities to assist colleagues or departments.
Candidate Profile
- Must have fulfilled compulsory education and be under 25 years old at hiring.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands.
- Willing to learn and operate the internal software system (ILIAS), including attending brief training.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on maintaining a tidy workspace.
