Logistics Executive

About the role

Louis Vuitton, established in 1854, is known for luxury craftsmanship, accuracy, and a high standard of excellence. This opportunity places you within the Supply Chain & Operations team supporting Australia and New Zealand. The role sits between operational control and customer experience, with responsibility for end-to-end logistics across 16 stores so that each item reaches its destination with the same precision that went into making it.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound freight, monitor lead times, and assess the performance of service partners across Australia and New Zealand.
• Work with regional warehouses, freight agents, and customs brokers to make sure shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with requirements.
• Check import and export documentation for correctness, including HS codes, duty rates, GST, INCOTERMS, and related paperwork.
• Manage CITES compliance and carry out customs reconciliation in accordance with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
• Collaborate with store teams to improve daily replenishment, stock movement, rebalancing, and end-of-season stock returns.
• Handle logistics planning for product launches and exclusive Maison events.
• Assist with stocktake activities and look for ways to improve supply chain processes.

Profile

• Previous background in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of Australian customs rules and import/export compliance.
• Exposure to SAP and retail operations will be viewed positively.
• Strong Excel skills and solid analytical thinking.
• High attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to stay organised while managing multiple priorities.
