Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Export Documentation Executive to bolster our export activities. This role includes creation and verification of shipping documents, coordination with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, and managing smooth delivery of products internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess export documentation such as ocean bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, PSIC, and freight certificates.
• Liaise with service providers, freight forwarders, internal teams, and customers for document approvals.
• Proactively identify and resolve any shipment-related challenges.
• Provide administrative assistance to the export operations team.
• Keep transaction reports updated and comprehensive.
• Handle additional assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in import/export logistics and documentation.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Capable of working independently and cooperatively within teams.
• Availability for night shifts from 6 PM to 4 AM.
• Self-driven, critical thinker with a focused and task-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

Work schedule includes night shifts from 6 PM to 4 AM.
