Logistics Associate

About the role

This position sits within noon’s logistics function in Dubai and reports to the Logistics Manager. The role supports day-to-day dispatch coordination, bag scanning, reconciliation, and collaboration with rider and van-driver teams to keep deliveries accurate and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support dispatch planning and help coordinate daily logistics activities.
• Scan inbound and outbound bags to maintain correct tracking and system records.
• Prepare orders for dispatch according to the operational schedule.
• Coordinate rider arrivals and assist with smooth loading workflows.
• Check order reconciliation before items are handed over to delivery teams.
• Record and refresh delivery status updates to preserve real-time visibility.
• Assist with failed deliveries, including arrangements for reattempts.

• High dispatch accuracy with very few mistakes.
• A proactive mindset toward reducing delivery exceptions and operational issues.
• Consistent execution discipline to support timely loading and a smooth dispatch flow.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations roles.
• Strong focus on detail and accurate execution.
• Comfort using scanning tools and carrying out data entry work.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and adjust to operational requirements.

Work environment

This is an onsite role based in Dubai, UAE.
