Overview
We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Management Expert to support a client project aimed at enhancing supply chain workflows and documentation quality. This contractual remote position requires professionals with deep expertise in global logistics, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in English. You will contribute to training next-generation AI systems by providing industry-specific input and insights based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and verify the authenticity, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards of various logistics documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
- Create annotated examples of logistics documentation demonstrating best practices within supply chain management.
- Assess existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements grounded in practical experience.
- Provide thorough feedback on logistics scenarios emphasizing document formatting and workflow optimization.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to clarify technical requirements and explain complex logistics topics clearly.
- Engage in quality assurance tasks by confirming the accuracy and relevance of supply chain datasets.
- Assist in developing training materials that reflect established industry standards and address intricate supply chain challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three years of direct experience in logistics and supply chain management with specific familiarity in packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
- Deep knowledge of global logistics operations, documentation procedures, and workflow management.
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing and producing supply chain documents.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities with experience in identifying potential improvements within logistic processes.
- Postgraduate qualification, such as a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related subject, is favorable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while consistently delivering high-quality outputs on schedule.
