Loan Advisor (Remote)

About the Role

Become a Loan Advisor at Qubos Outsourcing and join a team dedicated to sales and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote loans and financial credit products.
• Provide clients with detailed information about financial benefits.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide and advise customers.
• Report daily activities to the immediate supervisor.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least six months experience in call center sales is mandatory.
• Must have personal computer or laptop.
• Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection required.
• USB headset for calls.
• Availability to start immediately with full dedication.
