A dedicated Lifestyle Manager assists with miscellaneous home requests such as home decoration, arranging repairs, planning holidays, and care for children or elderly, aiming for a comfortable, convenient, and inspired lifestyle.
Pinch serves four main customer segments: Individuals & Families, Landlords & Second Home Owners, Developers & Resident Welfare Associations, and Corporates.
Role Overview
The Lifestyle Manager acts as an extension of the customer's family, demonstrating empathy, patience, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first attitude. They develop deep relationships with families to anticipate and meet their needs efficiently and coordinate with other teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of customers, understanding their context and explaining how Pinch’s services can enhance their lives.
- Define and implement tailored interventions, deploy trained domestic help, and supervise their performance.
- Assign and oversee errands handled by Operations Associates ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with central and local partners to provide solutions and monitor service quality.
- Engage customers through various lifecycle stages, encouraging adoption of expanded services.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services, and escalate issues for resolution promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Background in hospitality, communication, public relations, event management, or intercultural communication.
- Passionate about the company's mission and eager to work in a start-up environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, with a growth mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Able to work diligently for extended hours, multitask, handle pressure and setbacks, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in hospitality.
