Position Overview

The Learning Content Developer role supports the learning teams by delivering a comprehensive operational training portfolio focused on legal, regulatory, and high-risk domains related to ground handling and other core aviation functions. Key focus areas include ground handling governed by IATA AHM, fueling, cargo operations, lounges, and presentation services. This position requires deep expertise in content design aligned with our Learning Development Policy and collaboration with regional teams and subject matter experts to ensure compliance with both corporate and regional legislation as well as customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage learning content with stakeholder and subject matter expert input and approval.
• Keep operational procedures and training materials current with company manuals (Ground Handling Manual, Cargo Handling Manual) and industry benchmarks like AHM.
• Design innovative learning interventions and training offerings.
• Evaluate and improve existing learning methods while advocating for modern delivery techniques.
• Stay updated on L&D trends, regulatory updates, and industry shifts to maintain relevant training portfolio.
• Ensure accurate maintenance and alignment of learning content across all systems.

Candidate Profile

• Skilled in using Articulate 360 authoring suite.
• Experience with animation tools such as Synthesia, Vyond, and Canva.
• A minimum of two years experience in a corporate training setting.
• Proficient with basic computing applications including Microsoft Office, project management tools, analytic systems, and learning management platforms.
• Quick to learn new technologies and tools.
