Job Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on sales efficiency and other organization-wide projects to boost growth.
  • Manage important projects and reporting efforts, working closely with Account and Cluster Managers.
  • Conceive and implement strategic sales efficiency programs such as scorecards, incentive schemes, and reward frameworks.
  • Partner with cross-departmental teams to enhance processes and project outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of growth metrics and provide actionable insights for Dineout brands.
  • Engage regularly with sales personnel to evaluate performance metrics, discern patterns, and drive operational execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and narratives for senior leadership; maintain consistent review cycles.
  • Generate weekly and monthly insights with root cause analyses to monitor key performance indicators collaboratively with partners and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the Reporting Head on data requisites, governance, and quality assurance measures.

Qualifications and Skills
