Role Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls targeting U.S. clientele across sectors such as Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, Debt Settlement, Final Expense, SSDI, and Home Services to generate quality leads.
• Interact with prospective customers to assess their needs and evaluate their interest in the offered services.
• Document customer communications and lead information meticulously within CRM platforms.
• Achieve and maintain set targets for qualified leads and successful conversions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain communication excellence and adhere strictly to company and client compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance call efficiency and improve conversion statistics.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong English communication abilities, including speaking and writing.
• Experience in international BPO environments or U.S. lead generation processes is preferred.
• Possess a driven approach focusing on goals, motivation, and meeting targets.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to operate on a night shift schedule.
