Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced signage professional to join our small, skilled team to support various production and workshop activities. This hands-on role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute across multiple business areas to ensure smooth project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operating large format printers for diverse signage tasks
• Printing, laminating, trimming and finishing vinyl graphics
• Cutting, weeding, and applying vinyl materials
• Fabricating signage using ACM, PVC, foamboard, Corflute, and acrylic
• Producing and preparing vehicle graphics
• Assembling signs and completing print finishing processes
• Packing and dispatching finished jobs efficiently
• Managing deliveries and organizing workshop materials
• Maintaining general workshop production tasks and cleanliness
• Providing assistance with customer inquiries when needed

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven previous experience working in the signage industry
• Competency with large format printers such as Roland, HP Latex, or Mimaki
• Familiarity with vinyl printing, application, laminating, and print finishing
• Ability to operate plotter cutting equipment
• Knowledge of commercial signage production workflows
• Experience in vehicle graphics production
• Comfortable using general workshop equipment
• A Full New Zealand Driver Licence is preferred, but not mandatory
