Role Summary
In this position, you will lead the search and acquisition of suitable land for villa, residential, and commercial developments in Coimbatore and nearby areas. The role calls for strong market awareness, relationship building, commercial discussions, and coordination with internal departments to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and evaluate potential land parcels suitable for development.
- Develop and sustain working relationships with landowners, brokers, and intermediaries.
- Carry out market studies and initial feasibility reviews.
- Arrange and participate in site inspections and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with the Legal and Liaison teams throughout the acquisition cycle.
- Track property trends, pricing movement, and new development zones.
- Keep records organized and maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any graduate can apply.
- At least 3 years of experience in land acquisition or the real estate sector.
- Working knowledge of land documentation, registration processes, DTCP/LPA procedures, and the Coimbatore/Tamil Nadu property landscape.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
- Must be open to frequent travel within Coimbatore and adjoining districts.
