Key Duties

• Manage both commercial and technical execution of projects in road and civil construction.
• Collaborate closely with site management to oversee projects through their entire duration.
• Integrate firmly into projects from preparation phase through to final billing.
• Prepare measurements and conduct quantity assessments.
• Compile verifiable documentation of completed construction services and handle invoicing.
• Independently generate interim and final invoices.
• Support the team with drafting and processing contract amendments.
• Perform variance analyses comparing planned and actual figures to identify discrepancies early.
• Review and evaluate service specification documents.
• Ensure careful and transparent documentation of each construction project.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a technician or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably possess experience with calculation and billing software as well as design programs.
• Proficient in common MS Office applications.
• Valid driving license class B.
• Work approach is structured, responsible, and dependable.
• Strong team player with meticulous attention to detail.
