Junior Videographer (Non-Key Expert)

About the Role

NTU International is preparing to support the project titled “Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf” by creating a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts available for short-term, on-demand assignments throughout the 36-month project. This role aims to contribute strategic, technical, and logistical communication assistance to DG MENA, helping to enhance the visibility and outreach of European Union policies and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and Gulf regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage during events such as conferences, workshops, official visits, press briefings, and other communication activities.
• Create engaging video materials for use on websites, social media, promotional campaigns, and other institutional communication channels.
• Assist in pre-production by aiding in planning, scripting, and preparing shots.
• Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and communication teams to ensure compelling visual storytelling.
• Manage technical aspects and equipment to maintain video quality during filming sessions.
• Help organise and archive recorded footage systematically for future accessibility.
• Ensure multimedia content is produced in alignment with EU branding and communication standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed professional training or equivalent experience in videography.
• Possession of professional-grade filming equipment.
• Proficient working knowledge of English.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years of overall experience in videography.
• Minimum of 1 year focused experience in filming institutional or event-related content.
