Job Responsibilities
- Assist leadership in optimizing service levels and inventory management.
- Manage stock balancing by coordinating production planning and inventory quality for assigned brands.
- Develop, review, and implement accurate forecasts to enhance demand planning and inventory management processes continuously.
- Monitor forecast versus actual performance monthly, identifying trends and variations to minimize stockouts and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with supply planning teams to address forecast deviations or supply chain challenges.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and ad hoc reports as required.
- Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business-related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret and analyze data effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues.
- Good communication skills with ability to collaborate in team environments.
- Capability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship duration.
