Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Salesforce Support Agent to join our Mauritius team. This position plays a key role in providing seamless support for our internal users on the Salesforce platform. Ideal candidates will have foundational Salesforce knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line functional and technical assistance to internal users addressing their Salesforce queries.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Salesforce features, data, and integrations.
- Track support cases using the case management system to ensure prompt, effective solutions.
- Help prepare and update documentation covering Salesforce workflows and support protocols.
- Work closely with senior agents and developers to escalate and address complex problems.
- Conduct introductory training sessions on Salesforce capabilities for users.
- Participate in testing new Salesforce updates and enhancements before release.
- Engage actively in team meetings to share insights and contribute.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Basic familiarity with Salesforce platform and CRM principles.
- Between 1-2 years of practical experience working with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
- Quick to acquire knowledge of new technologies.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or App Builder are advantageous.
