Role Overview

The Junior Project Manager role is part-time and based in Stepney, South Australia, with a hybrid work arrangement that mixes on-site presence with periods of remote work. This position supports the planning and coordination of tenancy delivery projects, tracking timelines, managing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress relative to milestones and schedules.
• Coordinate follow-ups with suppliers and contractors to accelerate tasks.
• Assist with site inspections to ensure work complies with standards and project requirements.
• Support preparation of project status reports.
• Help identify and resolve minor project issues to prevent delays.
• Work closely with the Tenancy Delivery Manager to maintain consistent project delivery across multiple projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Project management capabilities including planning, milestone tracking, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Inspection skills to conduct site checks and validate work quality and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• An educational background or coursework in project management, construction, property, or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Previous experience in project coordination or operational support roles is beneficial.
