Overview
We seek a dedicated Junior Project Coordinator to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. This position offers a full-time, onsite opportunity to support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, aiding project managers and cross-functional teams to achieve on-time and within-scope delivery aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities to ensure adherence to planned timelines.
- Assist in project scheduling, resource management, and planning processes.
- Organize meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Monitor project progress and deliver status updates to all stakeholders consistently.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, documentation, and reports.
- Facilitate smooth communication across internal teams to support project goals.
- Detect potential project risks and escalate issues as needed to management.
- Support budget monitoring and resource allocation efforts.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase project efficiency.
- Handle additional project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Management, or related disciplines, or comparable practical experience.
- Internship or prior experience in project coordination or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Well-developed organizational capabilities and effective time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is desirable.
- Good analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluent English language skills are required; knowledge of German is beneficial but not obligatory.
