Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Professional in Facility Management for our Heilbronn location, employed full-time and on a permanent contract starting August 1, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing expert concepts to enhance our international facility management function.
• Designing, launching, and continuously refining international standards, guidelines, and procedures across various countries.
• Providing specialist support for planning and executing global facility management projects and investment initiatives.
• Assisting in the technical planning of security systems such as access control, video technology, and intrusion alarms.
• Managing coordination and supervision of external service providers and facilitating technical alignments.
• Organizing and conducting workshops and training sessions for international facilities.
• Collaborating with internal departments—including IT, procurement, health & safety, and legal—to shape global solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A successfully completed degree in facility management, real estate management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably within an international environment.
• Prior involvement in developing expert concepts, standards, guidelines, or specifications.
• Familiarity with building security technologies such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A structured and independent working style combined with intercultural competence.
• Fluency in both German and English at a negotiation level.
