About the Role

Ericsson invites applications for the position of Junior Learning Services Consultant in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions by managing logistics and preparing venues.
• Assist trainers and participants to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Maintain daily communication with trainers and external vendors.
• Address incoming inquiries to support the team effectively.
• Organize meetings and prepare schedules to optimize time management.
• Develop and prepare training materials for various sessions.
• Collaborate proactively with other coordinators to drive customer engagement and assure timely and quality delivery of Learning Services projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a BSc degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent is advantageous though applicants from other academic disciplines are welcome.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks within a dynamic training environment.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Technical knowledge, particularly in telecommunications or IT, is a plus.
• A strong ability to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team.
• Competence to thrive under pressure in impactful business settings.
• An enthusiastic, proactive mindset is essential.
• Experience in a global work environment and familiarity with project management practices are considered beneficial.
• A genuine interest in emerging technologies and their evolution is preferred.
