Junior IT Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior IT Technician based in Dubai to provide essential first-level IT assistance within our office environment. Ideal candidates should already be residing in the UAE and be ready to commence work immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook and Teams, as well as hardware malfunctions.
• Assist in enrolling devices into Microsoft Intune management system.
• Manage Active Directory tasks such as user account administration and password resets.
• Address challenges with printing systems and networked printers.
• Troubleshoot fundamental networking problems involving LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
• Set up and deploy user computers and laptops.
• Liaise with external vendors and support colleagues regionally as needed.
• Keep IT asset records up to date and ensure support tickets are accurately maintained.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to higher-level IT personnel.
