About the Role

Join Global Retail Brands, Australia’s premier kitchenware and homewares retailer with over 300 stores nationwide, as a Junior Graphic Designer within our expanding Design team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in branding, packaging, print, and digital design while collaborating with an experienced creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce artwork for both print and digital marketing campaigns.
• Support the development of packaging concepts and prepare associated artwork.
• Generate production-ready design files efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Merchandise departments to align visual assets with brand strategies.
• Contribute to product launches and brand-related initiatives to enhance market presence.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Possesses a keen eye for detail and layout aesthetics.
• Demonstrates creativity, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Can present a portfolio that exemplifies their design capabilities.
