Who We Are Looking For

We seek a Junior Graphic Designer eager to learn, experiment, and develop professionally. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong passion for design, and ambition to craft outstanding visuals for international campaigns. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and creative leads, contributing fresh ideas while enhancing your skills in branding, digital design, and social media content.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of professional experience or relevant internship in graphic design, preferably within agencies or studios.
• A portfolio demonstrating sound design fundamentals and creative thinking.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong enthusiasm for branding, campaign development, and digital design.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a keen learner.
• Ability to work well within a team and excel in collaborative settings.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a cooperative attitude.
• Functional English skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A willingness to share ideas and contribute within team environments.

Location and Work Model

This role is predominantly on-site in Querétaro, with some non-negotiable days permitted to work from home.
