Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Frontend Developer to join our expanding development team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who possess a strong foundation in modern JavaScript, React, Redux, and basic WordPress development. Key Responsibilities

Build and sustain responsive web apps using React.js.
Manage application state effectively with Redux.
Translate UI/UX drafts into efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
Work closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver superior products.
Identify and resolve frontend bugs across various browsers and devices.
Support the maintenance and update of WordPress sites, including themes, plugins, and content.
Enhance application performance, speed, and scalability.
Engage in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.
Keep abreast of new frontend technologies and trends in the industry.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 and beyond).
Experience or familiarity with React.js and Redux frameworks.
Basic WordPress skills, including theme customization and content management.
Understanding of responsive web design techniques.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON formats.
Basic understanding of Git version control system.
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in teams.

Preferred Skills

Personal, academic, or internship projects involving React development.
Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
Knowledge of React Router and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, and npm.
Basic familiarity with SEO principles concerning WordPress.
