Junior Data Analyst (m/w/d)

Role Overview

As a valuable member of the sales controlling team, you will concentrate on analyzing, processing, and visualizing data to provide substantiated decision-making foundations for sales and executive management. Your contributions will be essential in improving our sales operations and advancing our product and tariff portfolio. Your work will involve utilizing contemporary analysis and data management tools such as Tableau Prep and Desktop, ChatGPT Pro, or Databricks.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and systematically interpret sales, customer, and market data to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Assist in refining existing KPI, reporting, and analytical models to better manage sales activities.
• Detect trends, anomalies, and opportunities within sales-relevant datasets.
• Calculate electricity and gas tariffs and manage their setup and maintenance within sales systems.
• Manage administrative tasks within sales, tariff, and data-related processes.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable commercial qualification with a strong focus on data.
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills (minimum level C1 according to GER).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with Tableau (Prep and Desktop) or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with databases and a solid understanding of structured data models.
• Strong analytical thinking and an enthusiasm for handling intricate data structures.
• Ability to clearly present complex topics and tailor visualizations to specific audiences.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and organized with a solution-focused approach.
