  • Utilize law enforcement and commercial databases to detect inconsistencies, patterns, and irregularities that support ongoing investigations.
  • Produce clear, precise, and reliable analytical reports and case summaries that withstand scrutiny and facilitate enforcement activities such as Notices of Inspection and Intent to Fine.
  • Participate in coordination efforts linking domestic and international investigative teams, programs, and partner organizations.
  • Maintain comprehensive, organized case files adhering strictly to DHS/ICE data protection and privacy standards, while aiding in the discovery of employment eligibility breaches.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for drafting detailed reports and engaging with federal law enforcement personnel.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performing high-volume, accurate data entry from paper sources and executing database queries across law enforcement and commercial systems.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an ICE suitability determination.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

  • Background working with federal law enforcement or regulatory agencies.
  • Knowledge of employment eligibility verification processes, including Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
  • Prior involvement with HSI, ICE, or other DHS components and handling sensitive or law enforcement-controlled data.
