QVISE Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Analyst who is proactive, detail-conscious, and comfortable working with data to improve business operations. This position focuses on research, analysis, reporting, and translating raw information into practical insights that can guide business decisions.
The role involves gathering data from different sources, organizing and checking it for accuracy, drawing conclusions from it, and helping teams understand performance trends. What you will do
- Gather data from multiple sources, structure it properly, verify it, and perform analysis.
- Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and concise business summaries.
- Spot trends, irregularities, patterns, and opportunities hidden in datasets.
- Support business research, market studies, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs and other operational measures.
- Contribute to forecasting, planning, and strategy-related discussions.
- Keep databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools updated and organized.
- Run data checks to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide analytical assistance.
- Record procedures, methods, and key findings clearly.
- Help improve processes by recommending data-backed changes.
Skills and competencies
The ideal candidate should have strong numerical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a sharp eye for detail. Good Excel skills are important, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis features. The role also calls for solid research skills, clear communication, and the ability to explain findings in an easy-to-understand way. Strong planning, organization, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also important. A willingness to learn new analytical tools and business concepts is essential.
Preferred background
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred. Prior internship exposure, academic research, project work, or any earlier analytical experience will be an added advantage. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, reporting tools, business intelligence, or data visualization and statistical analysis concepts is beneficial.
