Job Overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you play a key role in ensuring that customers experience a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. Your responsibilities range from keeping the parking lot tidy to cleaning restrooms and the receiving area, all to uphold a safe and clean atmosphere.

Compensation

• The hourly wage is between 14 and 27 dollars, with the actual pay matching or exceeding the minimum wage for the specific location.
• Additional performance-based incentives may be awarded annually or quarterly.
• Premium pay ranging from 0.35 to 3.00 dollars per hour may be provided depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties performed. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if criteria are met.

Work Schedule

Shifts available include mid-shift and closing shifts. Employment options for both full-time and part-time positions are available.
