Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT System Administrator / IT Technician (m/f/d) eager to take on new professional challenges within the IT sector. The role involves managing and supporting our clients' IT infrastructure and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, storage, network infrastructure, and IT security systems.
• Install and administer Microsoft Server and client systems (both physical and virtual) while conducting problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Design, configure, and maintain all services within Windows network environments.
• Handle procurement, installation, and documentation of IT systems in alignment with customer requirements.
• Create IT requirement specifications, concepts, and IT security policies autonomously, and present findings to company leadership.
• Lead the implementation of these concepts and provide expert consultation to customers regarding our services.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience working as a system administrator, ideally within an IT service provider setting.
• Strong expertise in networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VLAN, and VPN.
• Extensive experience with large-scale IT environments utilizing common Windows Server and client operating systems.
• Proficient knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Experience with alternative operating systems like Linux is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation combined with excellent communication, resilience, confident demeanor, and teamwork skills.
