Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for IT-related inquiries, providing 1st and 2nd level support to users.
• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT workstations, client devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues during daily operations to ensure system stability.
• Support the central service desk as needed, assisting with rollouts and the standardization of IT services and hardware.
• Maintain thorough documentation of technical solutions and ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Completed IT-related training or equivalent qualification, complemented by several years of experience in IT support, ideally in onsite or workplace environments.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, client hardware, and peripheral devices; experienced with ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
• Independent, service-focused, and practical working style with a strong user-oriented approach.
• Dependable team player with flexibility to collaborate across multiple locations and support the service desk when required.
• Excellent German language skills and good command of English, both written and verbal.
