Role Overview
The IT Reporting & Documentation Analyst will be responsible for creating reports, memos, and other communications for senior executives in Eurofins IT, based on requests from the Group CIO and senior IT leaders. This role demands synthesizing data from diverse sources—technical compliance, budgets, KPIs, and metrics—into clear, comprehensive documents that explain underlying data and calculations.
Work Location and Support
This position is hybrid, located in Dublin, Ireland, requiring at least two days per week onsite. The analyst will assist various stakeholders by transforming complex IT, operational, and financial information into executive-level communications that support data-driven decisions and enhance the quality of IT governance documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Between 3 to 7 years' experience in producing executive reports, governance documentation, performance reporting, or business communications.
- Ability to analyze complex financial, operational, technical, and statistical data and translate insights into clear executive recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel reporting, and dashboard interpretation.
- Strong knowledge of KPI methodologies and performance measurement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaborative abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality outputs.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of IT and documentation frameworks such as SDLC, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 9001.
- Experience with IT governance, executive reporting, business analytics, or strategic communications.
- Exposure to large-scale, multinational organizations.
