Role Overview

The IT Manager will oversee and support the daily functioning of the Academy's technological environment. This position is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT infrastructure and services, user support, and the enhancement of technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, network operations, cloud platforms, and user endpoints.
• Administer user accounts, perform regular backups, maintain system documentation, and track IT assets efficiently.
• Assist in upgrading infrastructure components and take part in technology-related projects.
• Support procedures for business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
• Contribute to maintaining system security, oversee patch management, and apply IT best practice standards.
• Liaise with vendors and external service providers to secure effective technical support services.
• Deliver prompt technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues faced by staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a comparable discipline; alternatively, have over 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in IT administration roles.
• Demonstrate solid expertise in enterprise IT infrastructures, including networking, cloud services, virtualization, and data backup/recovery systems.
• Exhibit strong English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous.
