IT Analyst

About the Role

Exceledge Placements is seeking an IT Analyst based in Gota, Ahmedabad to join their team for an on-site engagement. This position involves working night shifts from Monday to Friday and requires detailed evaluation of technical candidate profiles and support for technology-specific project development.

Key Duties

• Thoroughly analyze candidate resumes to ensure their skills, experience, projects, and technical stacks match the targeted technologies.
• Identify and highlight any technical gaps, inconsistencies, or missing skills for enhancement opportunities.
• Assess the overall technical relevance and strength of each candidate's resume.
• Develop and tailor industry-aligned projects based on each candidate's technology expertise and experience level.
• Verify that projects and technical details on resumes are accurate, relevant, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Collaborate closely with resume writers, technical mentors, and training coordinators to help refine candidate profiles.
• Keep abreast of current market demands, evolving technologies, and recruiting trends to maintain relevancy.

Required Expertise and Knowledge

• Familiarity with Data Analyst (DA), Data Scientist (DS), Data Engineer (DE), Software Development Engineer (SDE), and Financial Analyst (FA) roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python, Java, cloud computing technologies, databases, and relevant analytical tools.
• Understanding of project architecture, workflows, business use cases, and producing technical documentation.

• Expertise in resume analysis and technical assessment to align candidate profiles with role requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end project development cycles.
• Strong research capabilities, effective communication, and clear documentation skills.
• High attention to detail along with problem-solving aptitude.
• Efficient multitasking and deadline management to handle multiple candidate profiles simultaneously.
