Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Administrator (m/w/d) to join our IT service team and support company management.

Responsibilities

• Advise on, plan, implement, and develop IT infrastructure projects.
• Manage and administer Microsoft and Linux based systems.
• Install, enhance, and maintain customer IT environments.
• Support clients via remote and on-site assistance.
• Assist sales team during pre-sales phases.
• Design and implement cloud projects.
• Configure hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Completed IT vocational training or equivalent credentials.
• Professional experience in the specified tasks.
• Strong knowledge of server technologies.
• Enjoy communication and teamwork.
• Solution-focused mindset.
• Customer-centric approach with enthusiasm for collaborative work.
• Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications are advantageous.
