Invoicing Analyst

Job Overview

We are searching for a seasoned Invoicing Analyst to enhance financial outcomes by working closely with merchants, issuers, and network collaborators. The role entails onboarding new partners, pinpointing missing data and providing actionable insights, developing strong connections with the partner relations team, and leveraging data analytics to monitor and boost performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with merchants and issuers to drive financial success initiatives.
• Lead onboarding processes for partners including direct customer engagement.
• Detect and recommend solutions for missing data issues, including handling accruals.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with partner relations teams.
• Analyze data sets to evaluate performance and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Interpret customer feedback to extract meaningful and measurable themes.
• Assist in implementing customer experience enhancements through process mapping, testing, and rollout.
• Manage value-added tax (VAT) updates and address anomalies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Skilled in preparing reports and interpreting financial data.
• Proficient in data analysis techniques.
• Expertise in invoicing and billing processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
