Role Description

As an Invoice Administrator, you will work within the Finance department reporting to the Invoicing Lead. Your duties will include managing a considerable volume of invoices within various processes and supporting debtor administration. The role demands proficient typing, attentive data entry, autonomous problem-solving skills, and professional communication with specialist rooms and patients.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in financial administration such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, or related financial roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with speed and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • A collaborative team member who contributes positively to workplace culture.
  • Flexible and willing to undertake diverse tasks and continuous learning.
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand.
