Investor Relations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to strengthen and nurture our relationships with both prospective and existing investors. This role involves collaborating across various internal teams to facilitate investor onboarding, engagement, and communication, all while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain strong connections with new and current investors.
• Address investor inquiries promptly and provide professional assistance.
• Guide investors through onboarding procedures and the investment journey.
• Promote investment opportunities and follow up to boost investor participation.
• Keep precise records within CRM systems and partner with internal teams to meet investor requirements.
• Ensure all investor communications are compliant with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Between one and over four years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Fintech, or related investment platforms.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of CMA regulatory requirements and proficiency in CRM software.
