Shona Zambia is expanding its team by hiring two Investment Analysts to support our mission of offering more than just capital. We specialize in providing customized financial solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), combining funding with strategic assistance to foster business growth, create employment opportunities, and drive enduring impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new lending prospects for SME financing.
• Perform financial, business, and due diligence analyses on potential and current clients.
• Prepare credit proposals to be reviewed by the Investment Committee.
• Track and evaluate portfolio performance along with essential business metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in lending, banking, or financial services related to SMEs.
• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and credit assessment.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and managing client relationships effectively.
