Inventory Specialist

Overview

This role focuses on meticulous inventory management to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records and timely coordination with internal departments and vendors.

Key Duties

• Manage receipt and accurate placement of inventory within the warehouse or storage units.
• Conduct frequent inventory audits to verify stock completeness and accuracy.
• Receive deliveries, validate contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with the Procurement team to maintain precise inventory tracking and resolve shipping or product issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact respectfully and professionally with colleagues.
• High attention to detail, particularly in identifying and rectifying inventory discrepancies.
• Dependability, punctuality, and reliability in work attendance and performance.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is required.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.

Work Schedule and Requirements

• Availability Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Experience preferred but not mandatory: 2-3 years in inventory-related roles.
