  • Generate daily and periodic reports on inventory status and movements.
  • Supervise store personnel including supervisors, keepers, and helpers; delegate tasks and monitor effectiveness.
  • Provide training to staff on inventory management processes and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Sales, and Logistics teams to assure materials availability for production schedules.
  • Address inventory-related issues arising from vendors or internal teams promptly.
  • Assist in internal and external audits ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support audit needs and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit various standard reports such as daily stock report, monthly inventory report, slow-moving inventory analysis, stock aging, inventory variance, material consumption, and results from physical stock verifications.
